Three ways to work with LEO
Whether you are a funder, a fellow organisation or someone local who wants to help, here is how it starts.

Partner or fund
We work with international and national organisations on water, health, education, shelter and emergency response. We can share our registration, reports and references before any agreement.

Volunteer
LEO has been built by volunteers since 2006 and still runs on community participation, through CBOs and village development committees.

Join the team
Vacancies are posted here when they open. Speculative applications from people based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are welcome.
What a partner can expect
- Field evidence and needs assessment before design, not after
- Community oversight during implementation
- Monitoring at community, staff and management level
- Documented results with sources, and honest reporting of what did not work
- Registration and governance records
